You must be at least 18 years old to use Omeglevc. By using the Service, you confirm you are 18+ and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you are underage.
Omeglevc is a random video and text chat platform connecting users with strangers through the website and mobile application. The website may support guest use, while the mobile application requires an account. We do not verify the identity of other users, and you use the Service at your own risk.
Leave any chat that feels uncomfortable. We use automated safety controls and user reports, but no moderation system can detect every violation. Use the available report and block controls, leave the chat, and contact support if you believe there is an immediate safety concern.
Mobile users can request permanent account deletion from Profile → Account Actions → Delete Account. A deletion request removes the authentication account and associated profile records after the server confirms completion. We may retain limited safety, security, or legal records when necessary to prevent abuse or comply with law. Users who cannot access the app may contact rivelolabs@gmail.com.
Omeglevc is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and over. Sexual content involving minors, grooming, exploitation, and child sexual abuse material are strictly prohibited. Use the in-app report and block controls or contactrivelolabs@gmail.comto report a child-safety concern. We may suspend accounts, preserve relevant information, and cooperate with lawful requests.
Your data use is governed by our Privacy Policy. Other users may attempt to record chats despite our rules — share nothing sensitive.
Users are strangers. Nothing they say should be treated as verified or professional advice.
All branding, design, and content belong to Omeglevc. You may not copy or exploit platform materials without permission.
We may suspend or restrict access without notice for violations, unsafe behavior, or security risks.
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties. We do not guarantee safety, accuracy, or compliance of other users.
We are not liable for emotional distress, data loss, offensive content, or actions of other users. Liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the last 3 months.
You agree to indemnify Omeglevc from claims arising from your misuse, violations, or harm caused.
We may modify these Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer, privacy, or other rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected. Disputes will be handled by a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction over the parties.
